3. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Estimates are based on the information provided and site conditions at the time of assessment
• Final pricing may vary if site conditions change or additional work is required
• Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement

4. Service Agreement

Upon acceptance of our estimate, a detailed service agreement will be provided that outlines:

• Scope of work to be performed
• Timeline for completion
• Payment schedule
• Warranty terms
• Any special conditions or requirements

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project and property
• Ensure clear access to the work area
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals (unless otherwise agreed)
• Mark or identify any underground utilities or hazards
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Warranties and Guarantees

T&M Group warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. Specific warranty terms include:

• Workmanship warranty as specified in your service agreement
• Material warranties as provided by manufacturers
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing
• Warranties do not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, or acts of nature

7. Limitations of Liability

T&M Group's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by weather, permits, or other factors beyond our control
• Damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the client

8. Cancellation Policy

• Projects may be cancelled with written notice
• Cancellation fees may apply based on work already performed or materials ordered
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances

9. Weather and Force Majeure

T&M Group reserves the right to postpone or reschedule work due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work in a timely manner once conditions permit.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with New Jersey law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of T&M Group and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
